Issued by Fore Active Limited. In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Fore Active Limited.
The following terms and conditions govern the use of Fore Active online service including shopping and participation in promotions run by Fore Active. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page on the site.
We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended
PRICING
All prices are in, and processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (15% sales tax). We endeavour to have our pricing as accurate and current as possible. The prices are detailed within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time.
Except where stated otherwise (e.g. sale pricing), the price displayed for products on Fore Active represents the full retail price listed on the product that has been made by Fore Active in accordance with industry practice. Fore reserves the right to change pricing on our website at any time. In the unlikely event an item is
advertised for an incorrect sale price, Fore will notify customers of the genuine mistake, in compliance with the Fair Trading Act 1986.
International: Prices will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. When converting to another currency, or when an item is charged to a credit card, a price variation may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges. Once an order is sent, we take no responsibility for charges, taxes or duties incurred at receivers end as this can vary depending on the customs rules of each country.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Any promotional or discount code offered is at the discretion of Fore. Promotional or discount codes can only be used once per customer, per promotion unless stated otherwise. Fore has the right to cancel any order if a customer has used an unauthorised promotional or discount code.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & IMAGERY
At Fore Active we ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website. However, Fore Active does not warrant that the product description or imagery on this site is 100% accurate. Please note that there is room for minor error and discrepancies. We do not guarantee that these images will reproduce in the exact colour nor that any given image will reflect the full design or options involving to that product. Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Fore Active cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
SIZING
Some sizing may vary between styles, if you order a garment in the incorrect size, we will be more than happy to exchange it. All orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping bag are not on hold and may be purchased by other customers. As there is a delay in the time when your order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock levels of certain products may change within this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out of stock items. Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate, there is a possibility the size you have ordered may be out of stock. In this event, we will refund you immediately and do our best to find you a replacement.

When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Note that such errors may relate to product description, pricing, and stock availability. In the unlikely event your order is successful and the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.

Fore Active Limited operates under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. This includes offering refunds on orders that meet our returns policy.
